pogoprompt is an AI product. Here's exactly what that means for your input.

Your input is sent to a third-party AI model

To turn your idea into a plan, we send your idea text and your answers to DeepSeek, People’s Republic of China, for both clarifying questions and plan synthesis. Your input leaves our servers and is processed by DeepSeek under its own terms.

Processing in China

DeepSeek processes your input in China, which lacks EU/UK adequacy status and where, under local law and DeepSeek’s policies, inputs may be retained and used to improve its services and may be accessible to authorities. If you don’t want your input processed in China, don’t submit it.

What we do and don't do

We don’t store your idea content after returning your pack, and we don’t train any models on it. We can’t control what the AI providers do with input under their own policies — the full provider list and details are in the Privacy Policy.

AI output can be wrong

Plans are generated by AI models. They can be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date, and they are not professional advice. Always review what’s produced before you act on it — see the disclaimer. pogoprompt does not review or edit the outputs.
